HUNTING TERITTORY

Namibia is a large country approximately four times the size of California but hosting only 1,7 million people.
With a wildlife population in large expansion a stable political situation and offering a healthy climate, Namibia is a heaven for the new African hunter as well as for all the family.
Our hunting territory is located 400 kilometres north west of the capital city Windhoek. We have 3 hunting zones away only a few miles from each other. The total surface covers over 25 000 hectares.
Two zones are so called "opened" and the third representing nearly 5 000 hectares "enclosed".
You will find over 15 different species but KUDU, GEMSBOK, Eland du Cap are the three big Antelopes found in large numbers.
Springbok, Warthog, Duiker, Red Hartebeest, Burchel Zebra, Blue Wildebeest, Impala.. etc.…are also present in strong densities.
The cheetah, although met regularly is only shot occasionally. Its hunt cannot be the only purpose of your trip.

THE HUNT

We rejoin the Game areas in the morning by 4WD. From there the hunt is based on trekking until 1 to 3 pm. You will be accompanied by your hunting guide and by the excellent local trackers. After a meal shared with the guides the day's end hunt is mainly an observation and stand by around watering points. It is an ideal moment to see some nice specimens of warthog and more generally all kinds of animals.
We hunt from the 15 march till the 15 october.

THE LODGE

The lodge is the PLESSTON Ranch landlord's house and the Lapa where all the meals are taken together. Buffet lunch takes place usually outdoor, breakfast and dinner in the lodge.
Accommodations are in high comfort conditions. All the bungalows have their own bathroom facilities equipped with showers, toiletes and electricity.
The benefits are luxurious and of a very high comfort. The authenticity and the ethics of hunt remained intact.
A swimming pool is available all the time. It is the heart of the comfort and a big pleasure for kids and accompaniers.
